Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing quotes, planning, and delivering our catering services. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil our services or as required by law.

 

 

•  Quotes: All quotes provided by Classic Catering are based on the information you provide. It is essential that you provide accurate and complete information to ensure an accurate quote.

 

•  Confirmation: Once a quote is confirmed, it cannot be changed. This policy is in place because we need to plan and prepare food based on the confirmed details.

 

•   To secure your catering booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid exactly 14 days prior to your event date. Please note: if your event is scheduled within 14 days of the booking date, full payment is required immediately upon booking.

 

•  No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a quote is confirmed and the service is booked.

 

 

•  Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote and confirming a booking. Any changes to the event details must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

 

•  Event Details: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary details about the event, including the number of guests, dietary requirements, and any special requests.

 

•  Dietary Requirements and Allergies: It is crucial that clients inform us of any dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate these needs, but we cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions will be met.

Classic Catering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
