Classic Catering operates out of the restaurant premises of Four Leaves Food Store and Cafe in Rosanna, Melbourne.

Chef Rodney Van Oirschot leads the team at Classic Catering and has a wealth of experience in hospitality.

Following his chef apprenticeship, Rodney worked for several large chains up to the position of sous chef and then travelled to New York where he assisted with the opening of a new restaurant.

Upon his return to Australia, Rodney worked in a variety of positions and started Four Leaves Food Store and Cafe six years ago.  Four Leaves has gone from strength to strength and offers provedore quality foods and catering services – Classic Catering.
